EFCC Makes History with Largest Asset Recovery Ever

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has achieved a major milestone in its fight against corruption, recovering a massive estate in Abuja valued at billions of naira.

Located in the Lokogoma District of Abuja, the estate spans an impressive 150,500 square meters and features 753 units of duplexes and other apartments. The property rests on Plot 109 Cadastral Zone C09.

This recovery is the single largest asset recovery by the EFCC, marking a significant victory in the commission's efforts to combat corruption and recover illicitly acquired assets.

The EFCC's achievement is a testament to its unwavering commitment to fighting corruption and promoting transparency and accountability in Nigeria. The commission's efforts have led to the recovery of numerous assets and properties acquired through corrupt means.

The recovery of this massive estate is expected to send a strong message to those who engage in corrupt practices, serving as a deterrent to others who may be tempted to follow in their footsteps.

As the EFCC continues to work tirelessly to combat corruption and promote good governance, Nigerians can take pride in knowing that their country is taking bold steps towards a more transparent and accountable future.
